Sign up early and SAVE! We know that sometimes you can't help signing up for our trips at the last minute. Maybe you just found out about a trip from your friend or maybe it took you a few weeks to convince your parents to let you go. Maybe you were just waiting to see if you could find anything better to do (don't worry - we won't be offended!). But signing up late makes it tough for our staff to plan a great trip for you. That's why, starting in 2009, we're offering a discount for signing up for our trips early. We're not asking you to commit to anything crazy - we know that you're not quite sure what you'll be doing in a month. But if you sign up at least two weeks in advance, we'll give you a discount of up to $20 off the cost of the trip! Your friends will still be able to sign up after that, but won't get the savings you'll get for staying ahead of the game.
What is R/NR? Oak Park residents get a discount on park district programs. Therefore, if you live in Oak Park, you'll always pay the "R" rate. Even if you don't live in Oak Park, you might still qualify for the resident rate though! We co-op with other agencies to offer some of our trips and programs. Therefore, if you live in neighboring towns like River Forest, Berwyn, or Forest Park, you may qualify for the resident rate. Contact Ezohn to find out for sure.
