DONATE TIME

The biggest cost in running a teen center, teen event, or teen trip is the cost of staff. By donating your time, you help us free up money that can be spent in other areas, or even better, can help us lower the cost of our programs so that more teens can attend. Because the safety of our teens is incredibly important, any volunteers that will be working with teens must complete a interview and background check. Check out our teen programs volunteer section for more information.

DONATE SUPPLIES:

We've been thrilled with Oak Park teens' response to the teen center opening. In order to keep that momentum going, we've got to make sure that the teen center is as current and relevant to a teen's needs years down the road as it was on opening day. Maybe you have something we need.

DONATE COCA-COLA CODES:

Believe it or not, all of those caps that you toss in the garbage could be doing some good! With everyone pitching in, we're able to accumulate enough points to receive the occasional free movie or video game rental, free magazine subscriptions, free passes to take teens bowling, as well as small prizes to give away at teen events. It might not seem like much, but every little bit helps! Caps/codes can be dropped off at the teen center during operating hours or codes can be mailed or e-mailed to Bobbi.

DONATE MONEY:

We can do a lot with a little! Take a look at how your dollars can make a difference.

TEACH A CLASS:

We're always looking for people willing to share their unique talents with local teens. If you have an idea for a class, event, or drop-in program that you would be interested in leading, contact us. Filling out the Program Proposal Form will help you get organized and will prepare you for many of the questions you may be asked regarding your idea.

WE'D LIKE TO THANK:

Oak Park Fraternal Order of Police Lodge #8 - donation of a TV & video games
Tweeter of Oak Brook - donation of projector mount
