Unless otherwise specified, parents and/or teens should register for all programs, classes, trips, and events listed on this website through the Park District of Oak Park. Please note that because teens are required to prove age and residency for teen center membership, initial membership registration must be done in person. The park district offers several ways for you to register: ONLINE Register online at the park district's online registration page. IN PERSON Register in person at one of the following locations: Administrative Center 218 Madison Street M-F, 8:30am-5pm Ridgeland Common 415 Lake Street M-Sa, 9am-5pm 49 Lake Teen Center 49 Lake Street Tu-Sa, 3:30-6pm MAIL Mail your completed registration form and payment to: Park District of Oak Park 218 Madison Street Oak Park, IL 60302 FAX Fax your completed registration form with credit card payment to (708) 383-5702.
