For more information contact Bobbi. $14 - Pays for unlimited movie rentals for the teen center for an entire month $25 - Provides a teen with over 1,500 hours of drop-in activities with a one-year membership to the teen center $40 - Buys over new music from iTunes to play at teen events, which saves us hundreds of dollars by not having to hire a DJ $75 - Sponsors a movie night and snacks at the teen center for 30 teens $150 - Buys for pizza & pop for one of our incredibly popular events - Friday Night Ice. This food helps keep the teens (over 100 of them) coming back every month. $550 - Sends a group of 10 teens who have never experienced "the great outdoors" on an overnight camping/canoe trip $650 - Pays for sound for our annual Battle of the Bands event. In 2007, 19 bands applied to compete in this event and over 300 teens attended. AND... our 2007 winner advanced all the way to the state finals in Springfield, placing them in the top 6 bands in the entire competition! $1,400 - Funds a program like "Homework & Hoops," which provides homework help for at-risk youth followed by a safe, supervised place to play basketball for an entire year.
